3. We also learn about any of your ideas, expectations, goals, needs and more, to figure out how best to deliver a transformation.

   This includes outlining data you are comfortable sharing, contacts we can communicate within your organization, and signing an NDA.

2️ Initial DTx Assessment Process

1. We link up with your business to collaborate as we discuss during our introduction meeting.

2. We contact relevant stakeholders and decision-makers to collect and process information, and have one final round of feedback before concluding our assessment.

3️ DTx Strategy Meeting

1. We schedule a strategy meeting for decision-makers for an assessment debrief.

2. We present an outline of optimal strategic scenarios, and estimating potential benefits, impacts, and risks for you to decide on whether it is a good fit for your organization.
