We provide your organization with a secure Account Dashboard for your company and team.
Your Dashboard provides quick access to reports, DTx service details, and account information.
We establish a way to collaborate with your org's key personnel in the ways they're used to.
In most cases, we use your org's systems in the same way as everyone else in the organization. However, we can provide alternative methods and systems for collaboration if necessary.

First DTx Initiative
We start with a Deep DTx Assessment, critical modeling, and critical architectural setup for core areas targeted for the highest impact.
Think of this as "building your org's DTx foundation while refining the final details to the plan." We handle the Deep DTx Assessment while setting up the architecture for your company's Core DTx system.
We concurrently work to finalize your org's Digital Strategy, Vision, and Goals, into a comprehensive DTx plan and build schedule for your approval with the completed Core Infrastructure.
The plan is broken down into initiatives, which have an implementation schedule estimating build-time, key deliverables and metrics.
When approved, we start our first batch of initiatives, and start the standard cycle of operations.
Standard initiatives are a continuation from the established schedule and process as our initial DTx Plan. We provide your team with continuous communications and periodic reports throughout your entire journey.
As we near completion of the set of initiatives that were approved, we present scenarios for the next set of initiatives for approval according to the higher-level strategy and budget.
If there are no more initiatives for some period of time, we provide monitoring, maintenance, reporting, and other standby services as needed - ideal for DTx cost optimization.
